Ohio State Lima students need workout equipment and wellness programs in their new fitness center.
After more than 50 years without a common gathering place, The Ohio State University at Lima will open the Perry Webb Student Life Building in the fall of 2018. A key component of this exciting new space will be its fitness center – and our students are eager to use this new facility. But without workout equipment and affordable access to the center, the space will fail to meet all of our students’ wellness needs.
When you give to the John Snyder Student Life Fund, you’ll bring our new fitness center to life. Equipment and semester passes will provide everything Lima students need to maintain and enhance their physical health. Even better, by supporting fitness, you’ll help create positive outcomes on other aspects of student wellness. Physical activity – including resistance and strength training – can boost emotional and mental health, improve cognitive function needed for strong academic performance, improve sleep, reduce fatigue and even prevent depression.
Donate to help provide our students with fitness center passes and new equipment.
