Give to help historically underrepresented students stay at Ohio State
Many of Ohio State’s minority students are thriving with grade point averages above the campus average. However, far too many still leave early without earning a degree, or never enroll. The reason? Many first-generation minority students lack the financial resources to make their dream into a reality.
As Harlem Renaissance poet Langston Hughes asked, “What happens to a dream deferred/Does it dry up like a raisin in the sun?” Your gift not only will support the continued success of minority students on campus, it will ensure that the next generation of minority students is able to attend and complete their studies at Ohio State.
About one in five Ohio State students comes from a historically underrepresented minority group. In addition, many of our minority students are thriving academically, with grade point averages above the campus average.
Please give to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our historically underrepresented students.
Are you staff or faculty? You can make your gift via payroll deduction.
