Strengthen 4-H programs that help youth build confidence, leadership skills and lifelong success.

Featured Fund for Day of Giving

The Ohio 4-H Program Fund (310225) helps Ohio 4-H create life-changing experiences for young people across Ohio’s 88 counties. This flexible fund allows us to respond quickly to what students need—whether it’s leadership programs, camp supplies, project support or new opportunities that help youth learn and grow. Your gift helps 4-H reach more youth, build their confidence, and prepare them to be leaders in their communities.

Why Your Gift Matters

Your gift helps Ohio 4-H support our students’ needs including youth leadership activities, camp programming, volunteer recruitment and travel assistance. Because these dollars can be used wherever they are needed most, they help 4-H stay nimble, strengthen essential programs and create experiences that empower young people to lead, learn and grow.

Impact in Action

Ohio 4-H meets youth where they are offering opportunities that help them grow academically, socially and emotionally. Ohio 4-H reaches youth in every corner of the state and the outcomes speak for themselves:

  • 4-H members are three times more likely to participate in community service than their peers.
  • 84% of 4-H alums report strong social and emotional well being, compared with 70% of non-alums.
  • In 2024, Ohio 4-H served 154,687 youth across all 88 counties.
