The Marion Student Emergency Fund provides rapid support to students facing unexpected financial hardships that threaten their ability to continue their education. Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis, ensuring help reaches those most in need.

Emergency funds help students cover urgent needs such as medical bills, transportation, food or housing. These investments remove barriers to academic success and help students remain enrolled during times of crisis.
In 2025, we provided emergency assistance to five students who were experiencing financial crises in the following categories:

- Textbooks: 1 student
