Helping pets receive lifesaving care

Your gift ensures animals get critical treatment when families cannot afford it.

Featured Fund for Day of Giving

The Good Samaritan Care Fund provides financial support for animals in need of lifesaving treatment when their families are unable to cover the cost. This fund allows the Veterinary Medical Center (VMC) to intervene in critical moments, preserving the bond between pets and the people who love them.

Why Your Gift Matters

Patient support funds helped more than 700 pets receive lifesaving care between January 2024 and August 2025. Your gift helps ensure that animals in need get the care they need.

Impact in Action

Also between January 2024 and August 2025, the VMC treated more than 80,000 canine, feline, equine and farm animal patients, making it a vital resource for animal health throughout Ohio.
